Anywhere there is something to write, there is a Dictate button under the box: Notes, emails, Invoice descriptions, Journal Entry narrations. Click it, speak, and the words land in the field you were already in.
It is quickest on a phone, which is also where typing is worst.

You set your tone (warm, brief, formal, whatever you actually are) and your sign-off, the way you genuinely end an email. Set it once and it applies everywhere text is polished for you.
Speak the punctuation when it matters. Saying "full stop" and "new paragraph" saves more time than fixing it afterwards.
Read it before it goes. Nothing is sent on your behalf, and dictation mishears names more than anything else.

Unusual names are the weak point. Say them slowly, or type the name and dictate the rest.
Most of what slows you down in a program like this is typing. So do not type it. Anywhere there is something to write, there is a way to say it instead. This is an email on a Client. Scroll to the body, and there it is under the box. Dictate. Click, then speak. The words land in the field you were already in.
