Nothing is sent, posted or saved on your behalf. The assistant prepares work and stops. Whatever it produces sits in front of you, editable, until you decide.
That is not a setting you switch on. It is how the thing is built, and there is no mode where it behaves otherwise.
An email. It writes the address, the subject, the greeting and the body, and leaves them on the Emails tab of the Client's record. It does not send. You read it, you change what is not right, and you press send.
An Invoice or a Quote. It fills the Charge Type, the lines, the hours, the rate and the tax. It does not issue. Nothing reaches the Client, and nothing reaches your books, until you save it.
A Journal Entry. It drafts both sides, picks the accounts out of your own Chart of Accounts and balances it. It does not post. A drafted entry is not in your ledger.
A Note or a Task. It writes it onto the record and shows you what it heard alongside what it wrote, so you can check one against the other.
A social post. Drafted and queued. It never publishes.
It asks. Say "log a call with Client Sarah" and if two people match, it stops and offers both rather than picking one. A Note filed against the wrong Client is worse than a question, so it asks the question.
And where it has made an assumption, it tells you. Draft a set of Shareholder Expenses and it will say plainly which account it guessed at and why — that it treated "noodle supplies" as office supplies, that it defaulted to GST at five percent because no province was given, and that if those are really inventory they may need reclassifying.
That is unusual, and it is deliberate. Software that hands an accountant a set of entries should say where the judgement is still needed rather than present a guess as a fact.
Because the work goes out under your name, not ours. A Client reading an email or an Invoice sees you, and your professional judgement is the part they are paying for. Anything that acted on your behalf would be spending your reputation to save you a few seconds.
The useful comparison is a very fast junior. They pull the file together, type it up and leave it on your desk. You still read it. You still sign it.
No. Scheduled Campaigns and Workflows send on a schedule you built and can stop, which is a different thing: you wrote the message, chose the audience and set the date. The assistant does not send anything on its own.
The same as if you had typed it wrong. Drafts stay editable, an Invoice can be corrected before it is posted, and a closed year end is protected precisely so old entries cannot be disturbed.
Your records are used to answer your requests. Data is held in accordance with Canadian privacy law and stored in Canada — the privacy policy is the authority on this, and your files can be deleted at your discretion.

Anything going out under your name should have been read by you. An email to a client you have known for ten years. A number that lands in your books. Software that is confident enough to send those on your behalf is software that has not thought about the morning you find out what it sent. So it does the typing, and it stops.
