Your first command, one sentence doing two jobs, and the microphone if you would rather talk than type.
This guide is being written and will be published shortly. In the meantime, the rest of the library covers getting set up, and you can ask us anything through the Help Desk — onboarding help is free.
Your first command. Do not overthink it. Say what you want, the way you would say it to a person who works with you. Open Client Sarah Noodle, and send her an email about the noodle party we are having for all noodle Clients.
That is two jobs in one sentence. Open her file. And write the email. Go.
And there it is. Sarah’s file, open on the Emails tab, with the email already written. The address, the subject, the greeting, and the body. Now read it. Every word of that is yours to change.
And nothing has been sent. It is a draft sitting on the form, exactly where you would have typed it yourself.
One more thing, and it is the part people keep using. You do not have to type any of that. Press the microphone and talk. Listening. Keep talking. Click the mic again to stop.
Say the same sentence out loud and you receive the same draft. You talk about four times faster than you type, and you were going to say it anyway. It prepares. You approve. Always.
