The receipt in your pocket that never makes it to the books. This is the Receipt Ledger, and read what it says. Nothing here has reached your General Ledger until it is posted. Receipts collect here in a batch. You check them, then post the batch as one Journal Entry.
It is built for your phone. Photograph the receipt, or upload one you already have. Flatten it out and get the total in shot — faded thermal paper reads better in daylight than under a lamp.
And then the useful part. It reads the vendor, the date, the amount and the GST off the receipt. And it works out which expense account it belongs in. A gas receipt lands in Vehicle Expenses. You did not tell it that.
Paid By records whose money it was, so a receipt you paid personally credits your shareholder loan. Save it to the ledger and take the next one. Later, at a desk, open the batch, check the accounts, and post it. All of it done for you. None of it done without you.
