Financial statements, trial balance, the General Ledger detail, the year-over-year picture, and the one-click print package.
This guide is being written and will be published shortly. In the meantime, the rest of the library covers getting set up, and you can ask us anything through the Help Desk — onboarding help is free.
Everything you have entered, read back to you six different ways. Financial Statements first. Pick the Entity, the statement and the month. Balance Sheet and Income Statement, and options for zero balance accounts, two columns, and whether to include the Year End close entries.
And on the right, the Print Package. Cover page, financial statement, trial balance, General Ledger and Journal Entry, appended into one PDF. Prepared for, and prepared by. Which is your Year End file, in one click.
Trial Balance next. Every account and its balance at a point in time. Totals only, or debits and credits separately.
General Ledger is the detail behind it. A date range, and a range of account codes, so you can pull just the accounts you are questioning rather than all of them.
And the Progress Report is the one to look at when you are not chasing anything. Net income and net worth, year over year. Shareholder loan and dividends paid underneath. Not a document for anybody else. Just the shape of the business over time.
Invoice Reports sit alongside. Invoice List by date range with what is still outstanding. Payments. Client Invoices, and Client Quotes. Your accountant wants the first tab. You want the last one.
