What are the technical requirements to use your system?

Software access is through your personal computer or mobile device, therefore appropriate hardware and software requirements are necessary to access the AdvisorCRM™ system. It is recommended that if using Microsoft systems that you use Windows 7 or greater operating system. We recommend that you update your browser to Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

Do you use cloud computing?

Yes. We are hosted with Amazon web services. AWS is the largest leading provider of high-scale web services and offers the most flexible and secure cloud computing environment available today. Its secure, high-performing, resilient, and efficient infrastructure ensures that the AdvisorCRM™ software is run with World-class security experts who monitor our infrastructure and also build and maintain our broad selection of innovative security services, which help simplify security and regulatory requirements.

Where do you store your data?

AdvisorCRM™ data is stored securely on Amazon (AWS) high-powered Linux/UNIX servers located in Central Canada, with daily backups to ensure that your data is safe. We use secure SSL connections for all data transfers. We also make use of firewall protection and other security measures to ensure that your data is safe. AdvisorCRM™ utilizes leading cloud-based security measures and hardware that meet the standards of most professional organizations.

What is workflow automation?

Workflow automation is the design and scheduling of regular processes within your business. For instance, you could schedule tasks, emails, newsletters, and follow up tasks. When you automate routine events, you can reduce overhead costs and are left with more time to care for other, more important aspects of your business.

I have my own accounting software. Can I still use your income tax filing services?

Yes of course. We integrate with various accounting software providers and you can email us your integration file for review. We do believe that the AdvisorCRM™ accounting module offers an integrated service that will streamline your business, making the use of other accounting systems unecessary.

I have my own custom reports that I prefer. Can you create them for me?

Yes we can. We offer customized report and programming services, and can tailor your access with your unique custom financial or other reports. We request that you forward your report to us for review and quotation.

What payment services do you integrate your accounting module with?

The AdvisorCRM™ billing system is integrated with the Stripe payment system, which is a service that you sign up for independently and then integrate with the AdvisorCRM™ system.

Do you offer a setup service?

Yes. We provide a generalized onboarding plan in video and written format. If requested, we may also create an onboarding plan that is tailored to your business needs. This service could include setup and consulting for your accounting, workflow, and other systems to ensure maaximum efficiency. Our library of training videos will help with your progress. We provide a no fee initial consultation to discuss your needs and offer direction on the phone and through our online Help Desk system.
